Small tools, sharp edges
A product should be explainable in one sentence and useful on day one.
The studio
SSS Soft is an independent product studio. We build business software the way we would want to use it: focused apps, honest pricing, and a platform that handles the boring parts once.

Say helloThe story
In 2019, two of us were running a small design studio and losing a day every month to invoices. We built a tiny tool to fix it. Other studios asked to use it. Then they asked for a place to track the projects those invoices belonged to.
That pattern repeated. Each request became a focused product, and each product taught us something the platform should provide: identity, permissions, notifications, search, billing, and a way to publish the pages you are reading now.
Today the suite has eight apps and customers in fourteen countries. The team is still small, the products are still focused, and the platform is still the quiet part doing the heavy lifting.
What we believe
A product should be explainable in one sentence and useful on day one.
Clear pricing, tested backups, and plain-language communication when things go wrong.
We would rather ship a quiet improvement than a launch campaign.
By the numbers
How we got here
No pivots, no rebrands. Just a slow expansion from one tool to a connected suite, guided by what customers asked for next.
Two people, one invoice tool, borrowed desks.
The invoice tool becomes the first product in the suite.
Shared identity and the first version of the design system.
One console for billing, seats and permissions across every app.
The static CMS that runs this site launches to all workspaces.
The people
Product, design, engineering and support sit in the same room — or the same call — which is why the apps feel connected.
Co-founder & Head of Product
Sets the shape of the suite and writes most of the long-form posts. Formerly product at a payroll company.
Co-founder & Engineering
Owns the platform layer: identity, permissions, data model and the parts customers never see.
Design Systems Lead
Keeps eight products feeling related without making them feel identical. Accessibility is her gate, not her checklist.
Security & Infrastructure
Runs the restore drills, rotates the credentials and believes every alert needs a human on the other end.
Work with us
Two roles are open: a product engineer and a customer success lead. If the suite sounds like something you would want to build, introduce yourself.
